Who We Are

BASICLife’s ultimate goal is to seek those who don't know Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, show them His love, teach them how to build a relationship with Him, and then pass that love on to others.

Years of experience and service here in the Belton-Honea Path (BHP) area led a group of Christian men and women to realize that there is something special happening in our community. We believe the BHP community of churches are poised to come together to begin fulfilling the great commission of making disciples of all nations right here at home.

At BASICLife, we want to do all we can to bring the area churches together in order to learn from the individual ministries in an effort to establish a combined approach that will not only increase the effectiveness of each organization, but strengthen the Kingdom through a combined effort directed at reaching those who are lost or detached from the relationship with Christ that we all must experience.

We will accomplish this task in a number of ways:

i) BASICLife Special Events Ministry: BASICLife can enhance any event through the talents of our speaker, Matt Wurst, or our BASICLife Worship Band. The combination of the two makes for an even more exciting time.

ii) BASICLife Community Missions Ministry: BASICLife desires to enhance the offerings of our existing area ministries by providing a connection between the resources of the churches/ministries and the needs of our community while maintaining a hands-on relationship with each project we undertake.

iii) Community Worship Ministry: We will also be promoting large scale events designed to bring the community together for a time of worship unprecedented in the BHP area. Our first event will be an evening of worship through music presented by Grammy award winning singer/songwriter, Laura Story on June 8, 2012.
